GRAPE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients (1 person)

  • 2 cups seedless red grapes, frozen for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • 1 banana (at room temperature)
  • ½ cup milk (or almond or oat milk)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or ¼ cup non-dairy milk for vegans)


Preparation (5 minutes)

  • Before you start preparing the recipe, remember to freeze the grapes!
  • Place all the ingredients in the blender, starting with the milk and yoghurt yogurt and cutting cut he banana into pieces.
