TROPICAL FRUIT SMOOTHIE

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 1 banana
  • 1 mango
  • 150gr plain yogurt
  • 300ml pineapple juice


Preparation

  • Peel and slice the banana, then freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Peel the mango, remove the pit and coarsely chop the flesh.
  • Place the mango pieces, frozen banana, plain yogurt and pineapple juice in a blender.
  • Blend until creamy and smooth.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with a few pineapple pieces, if desired.
