
Ingredients (for 2 people)
- 1 banana
- 1 mango
- 150gr plain yogurt
- 300ml pineapple juice
Preparation
- Peel and slice the banana, then freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Peel the mango, remove the pit and coarsely chop the flesh.
- Place the mango pieces, frozen banana, plain yogurt and pineapple juice in a blender.
- Blend until creamy and smooth.
- Serve immediately, garnished with a few pineapple pieces, if desired.
