This peanut butter smoothie bowl is gourmet and delicious. The peanut butter + banana combination is simply the best. It's like drinking dessert!

Ingredients – For 2 people

  • 2 cups frozen bananas, sliced (~2 medium bananas)
  • 1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or more, to taste)

Topping

  • 1/3 cup sliced bananas
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter.
