PEACH SMOOTHIE
- Place 1 cup sliced fresh or frozen peaches, 1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats, 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt and 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon in a zip-top Ziplock bag.
- Seal bag and freeze until fruit is solid. When you're ready to eat, transfer the frozen ingredients to a blender and add 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 tablespoon honey and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- Blend on high speed until very smooth, 30 to 60 seconds, adding more almond milk if necessary to thin.
- Pour into a large smoothie glass and garnish with diced peaches, oats and cinnamon, if you like.
