CREAMY ORANGE AND DATE SMOOTHIE

Roasted sweet potatoes add an orange hue and healthy carbs to this smoothie. This means you'll get an energy boost and long-lasting fiber to keep you satisfied. Ingredients - for 1 person

  • 1 medium orange, peeled and quartered
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup cooked sweet potato flesh
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • White and/or black sesame seeds, for decoration (optional)


Preparation tips - 45 seconds

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, for about 45 seconds.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious smoothie.
