SPARKLING WATERMELON SMOOTHIE

There's no need for ice in this 5-ingredient sparkling frozen fruit smoothie! Super healthy, easy to make and naturally sweet.

Ingredients (serves 3 to 4)

  • 1-2 cups watermelon, seeded and chopped (freeze for 1 hour or more)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk/cream or yogurt
  • 235 ml lime sparkling water or other soft drink of your choice


Preparation - 5 min

  • First, make sure all your fruit is frozen or at least chilled for an hour.
  • Place the fruit and coconut cream in the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add the sparkling water and blend again.
  • Pour into glasses, filling them up to 3/4.
  • Add fizzy drinks to the top of each glass to fill it up and make it fizz!
  • TASTE immediately!
