
There's no need for ice in this 5-ingredient sparkling frozen fruit smoothie! Super healthy, easy to make and naturally sweet.
Ingredients (serves 3 to 4)
- 1-2 cups watermelon, seeded and chopped (freeze for 1 hour or more)
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 banana, cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup coconut milk/cream or yogurt
- 235 ml lime sparkling water or other soft drink of your choice
Preparation - 5 min
- First, make sure all your fruit is frozen or at least chilled for an hour.
- Place the fruit and coconut cream in the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add the sparkling water and blend again.
- Pour into glasses, filling them up to 3/4.
- Add fizzy drinks to the top of each glass to fill it up and make it fizz!
- TASTE immediately!
