TROPICAL PAPAYA DETOX SMOOTHIE

Ingredients - Serves 2

  • 1 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
  • 1/2 large papaya, cubed
  • 1.5 cups frozen mango
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 2-3 tablespoons coconut shavings
  • 2 dates (or 2-3 teaspoons maple or agave syrup)


Preparation tips - 5 min

  • Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  • If your smoothie is thicker than you'd like, add more almond milk or coconut milk.
  • If you want your smoothie to be thicker, add ice until you reach the desired consistency.
