
This smoothie recipe will fill you up with energy and vitamins, as it contains not only mango and passion fruit, but also peach, banana and a little yogurt to make it creamier.
Ingredients - serves 2 to 3
- 1 mango
- 2 passion fruits
- 1 banana
- 1 peach
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- a little water
Preparation tips - 5 min
- Cut your passion fruit in half and remove the seeds and flesh with a spoon.
- Wash and peel your mango, banana and peach, then chop them up and place them in the blender, along with the passion fruit.
- Add the yogurt and water (2 tablespoons for the yogurt and as much as you like for the water, depending on the thickness of your smoothie) and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into tall glasses and enjoy your tropical smoothie!
