COCONUT MILK SMOOTHIE

This coconut milk smoothie is vegetarian, vegan, plant-based, dairy-free and gluten-free.

Ingredients – For 1 person

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries (or other frozen fruits: blueberries, mixed berries, pineapple, mango, etc.)
  • 2 bananas (at room temperature)
  • ½ cup whole coconut milk
  • ¾ cup water
  • ½ cup ice cream


Preparation tips - 5 min

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender, cutting the bananas into pieces.
  • Blend until creamy and frothy, stopping and scraping down the sides if necessary.
  • Enjoy immediately or store for 1 day in an airtight glass.
