DETOX AND ANTIOXIDANT CARROT SMOOTHIE

This carrot smoothie recipe is vegetarian, vegan, plant-based, dairy-free and gluten-free.

Ingredients – For 1 to 2 people

  • 1 cup carrot slices, thinly sliced
  • 1 large apple, cubed
  • 1 banana (at room temperature)
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple or mango
  • a few ice cubes


Preparation - 5 minutes

  • Peel and slice the carrots.
  • Cut the apple into pieces, keeping the skin on.
  • Cut the banana into pieces.
  • Place all the ingredients in the blender, adding the liquids first.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy immediately, or store in a covered jar in the fridge for up to 1 day.
