
This carrot smoothie recipe is vegetarian, vegan, plant-based, dairy-free and gluten-free.
Ingredients – For 1 to 2 people
- 1 cup carrot slices, thinly sliced
- 1 large apple, cubed
- 1 banana (at room temperature)
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup frozen pineapple or mango
- a few ice cubes
Preparation - 5 minutes
- Peel and slice the carrots.
- Cut the apple into pieces, keeping the skin on.
- Cut the banana into pieces.
- Place all the ingredients in the blender, adding the liquids first.
- Blend until smooth.
- Enjoy immediately, or store in a covered jar in the fridge for up to 1 day.
