
Ingredients - for 1 person
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon almond or pecan butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- a pinch each of nutmeg, ginger and allspice
Preparation - 10 min
- Prepare the pumpkin purée
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blend until smooth, starting your blender on low speed and gradually increasing the intensity.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Tips
- Feel free to use pumpkin pie spices instead of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
