HEALTHY PUMPKIN SMOOTHIE

Ingredients - for 1 person

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond or pecan butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • a pinch each of nutmeg, ginger and allspice


Preparation - 10 min

  • Prepare the pumpkin purée 
  • Add all ingredients to a blender
  • Blend until smooth, starting your blender on low speed and gradually increasing the intensity.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!


Tips

  • Feel free to use pumpkin pie spices instead of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
