Ingredients - serves 2
- 2 cups unsweetened nut milk
- 2 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 cup packaged spinach
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 piece fresh ginger, peeled and coarsely chopped
